Bishop Provides Update on Feasibility Study

Bishop Ruth Woodliff-Stanley recently provided a video update about the ongoing feasilibility study in our diocese, being conducted with the assistance of The Episcopal Church, to consider the possiblity of a diocesan-wide capital campaign. Watch the update by clicking the image above or clicking this link. The bishop outlined the progress over the past few months and talked about what we can expect over the next few weeks and months.

Much of the progress to this point has centered around feasibility forums/focus groups hosted by the bishop across the diocese over the past few months. If you were unable to attend one of these events in your deanery, an online forum was held on the evening of July 16 and  a recording of the event can be watched on the diocesan YouTube page at this link.

Findings of the feasibilty study will be announced at our 235th Diocesan Convention in November.

As part of the study, our diocese is working with Vandersall Collective, the firm contracted by The Episcopal Church to manage this feasibility study. As part of the project, they created a case statement which can be viewed at this link.
