Clergy News: All Saints, Hilton Head Island

The Reverend Denise Trogdon, rector of All Saints, Hilton Head Island, announced to her congregation last week that she will be retiring, effective June 1, 2026.
“With mixed emotion, I share the news that 2026 will be my year to retire,” she said in the announcement. “This is my 40th year of full-time work, my 18th year of ordained ministry, and my seventh year among you. This parish has been a wonderful blessing for me, and it has been a true privilege to serve as your spiritual guide. As the year progresses, however, I am increasingly aware that it is time to pass the leadership of All Saints into the next generation.”
Rev. Trogdon has served the congregation since 2019 and noted that she and her husband, Stan, hope to travel, spend more time with family, and “simply exhale” in retirement.
Please keep Rev. Trogdon and All Saints in your prayers as they entire this time of transition.
